Sometimes you need a trained eye to look at a property that you want to buy before you make an offer. This is always great practise for a huge financial commitment. I can inspect the property and:
* identify any obvious or typical issues noticed with the house, property, location
* give any market insight such as the area, house design
* also being able to speak to the agent who actually works for the seller/vendor and not you. This can reduce your stress and anxiety
* have a debrief hui after the inspection to discuss any concerns or opportunities
This can take up to 2 hours of time, with no written report. If you would like a written summary report of 2 to 4 pages, please add to your order the 'Report' option.
